We start with a meeting.
This is where we work together to define the challenges and opportunities your business wants to address. We meet you to understand your commercial requirements, your technical motivations and your budget.
Our team then runs a full technical audit to inventory your entire technology stack, covering every component, external system and support service involved in the project.
With discovery complete, it is time to put everything in writing.
One of our project managers writes the specification and builds a delivery plan broken into two-week sprints. Each sprint has an identified scope, date and deliverable.
You are brought into our communication channels from this stage onwards, so you can talk to the project team continuously rather than through widely spaced review meetings.
We gather your feedback on completed and upcoming sprints.
If changes are requested, the project manager works with the development team to make sure they are applied promptly. If unforeseen circumstances arise, the team reassesses, adjusts and pivots the plan where necessary.
In a spirit of transparency, time spent is tracked and documented: you see exactly what the team is working on and how long each task took.
The final stage of our journey together.
We deploy the solution in your environment, run acceptance testing with your teams and close the last gaps before going live.
The project does not stop at delivery: we handle knowledge transfer to your teams, technical documentation and, on request, ongoing maintenance and support.
