Privacy policy

Brain IT, whose registered office is given in the legal notice, determines the purposes and means of the processing described below. For any question, write to contact@brainit.ma.

This site only collects what you send us yourself:

• Contact form: name, company, email address, phone, subject and message.
• Newsletter sign-up: email address only.
• Nothing is collected without your knowledge: no analytics, no profiling, no advertising.

• Answering your enquiry and, where relevant, preparing a proposal: processing based on your own request.
• Sending you our news: processing based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Protecting the forms against automated submissions: legitimate interest in keeping the service usable.

Messages arrive in the contact@brainit.ma mailbox, hosted on Brain IT's own mail server, and are read by the relevant people within the company. Your data is never sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes.

Google reCAPTCHA, described below, is the only third party that may receive technical information from this site.

Contact enquiries are kept for three years from the last exchange, the usual span of a business relationship. Newsletter addresses are kept until you withdraw your consent.

This site sets no analytics, advertising or social-network cookies. Only two things use your browser's storage:

• Your choice on the privacy banner, kept in the browser's local storage so you are not asked again.
• Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the forms against automated submissions and sets its own cookies. It is loaded only if you accept it.
• If you decline, Google is never contacted: the form then opens your mail application with a pre-filled message, which reaches us without passing through this site.

Under Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have rights of access, rectification, objection and erasure over data concerning you.

To exercise them, write to contact@brainit.ma setting out your request. You may also refer the matter to the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP).
